Hello! I'm Molly and I want to help you better understand yourself as a relational being.

I’ve always been obsessed with relationships. I see everything as a relationship and do my own personal work through this lens. I’ve explored my relationship to Loneliness, to Power, to Money, to the whole concept of Relationships…meta, I know. I’ve always loved big and intensely. I’ve always wanted to playfully question and disrupt social norms. So when I first learned that nonmonogamy was a thing in my early 20s, my mind and heart were forever changed. Almost 20 years later, as I continue crafting my own unique constellation of relationships, my mission in life is to help others heal, grow, and trust themselves to build the relationships of their dreams.

I want to help people move away from the theory of relationships to the lived experience of them. Don’t get me wrong I love philosophizing, but I see people weaponizing relational theory in lieu of feeling our emotions, getting curious with each other, and expressing fears, wants, hopes and our deeper selves. The work I do is rooted in looking honestly at our behaviors and roles in our relationship dynamics. A lot of what I do will feel validating and normalizing. And a lot of what I do will feel confronting. My ultimate goal is for you to be able to be your fullest self and to trust that you are lovable and good .

I bring a deep well of academic knowledge and personal experience to my work. While I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work, what I learned in grad school was paltry compared to what I’ve learned through the hand-picked trainings I’ve taken since. I’m certified in the Developmental Model of Relationship Counseling from the Couples Institute, Somatic Attachment Therapy from the Embodiment Lab, and have received case consultation from Jessica Fern, Kai Cheng Thom, and Dr. Scott Lyons. For over five years, I’ve worked closely with queer, nonmonogamous, and transgender youth, adults, and couples+, supporting them in navigating love, identity, and connection.

I currently call Sacramento, California home, where I’m surrounded by a vibrant community of loved ones. When I’m not exploring my own psyche, you can find me deep in conversation and cavorting around with friends, acting in local community theater, foraging for mushrooms, reading, or snuggled up with my fluffy orange cat, Howie.
